If you change your mind about your purchase please return your item(s) within 14 days and we will be happy to offer an exchange or credit note only.
Please retain the receipt. Returned goods will NOT be accepted without a valid receipt.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase and would like to return the item for a refund, please return the item to us within 28 days of receipt of your purchase.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of pierced earrings including earring pendants. This is for hygiene and safety reasons and doesn’t affect your statutory rights. We cannot accept items that have been engraved, personalised or altered. Exempt from any refund are also bespoke commissions, made to order items or jewellery altered to a customer request.
Items marked as “Sale” or listed in the "Clearance" category are final sales and they cannot be refunded. Please check the description and/or sizing chart carefully before making the purchase.
Items bought within a multi-buy or promotional offer must be returned with a valid receipt and Magpie’s Loot will require the return of any gift item(s) associated with the offer to be returned.
Unfortunately, we do not exchange products via post. However, you can return an unwanted item to us for a full refund and place a new order for an alternative item.
Items purchased online can be exchanged through one of our points of sale. An original dispatch note must be presented within 28 days of purchase and the items must be as new. If you would like to exchange your purchase for a specific item please contact us before making any travel arrangements to make sure your desired item is in stock at the location of your choice.

When returning an item from overseas, please still make sure to follow the steps above.
Magpie’s Loot does not accept any responsibility for return postage costs, nor for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. These responsibilities are those of the customer. We strongly recommend using a secure and tracked service to return the goods to Magpie’s Loot.
Please take care if a customs declaration form is required, to correctly mark the goods as a 'Returned Item'. This will ensure that no additional customs fees are incurred. In the instance that an item is incorrectly marked and a customs fee is incurred, this may be passed onto the customer. It may also delay the returns process. If you are at all uncertain about how to correctly fill in the customs form, then please speak with the relevant customs or post department before returning the item.
Any return received without a Return Number and completed Return Form will result in a delay in your refund being processed, and in some circumstances may be returned to the sender.
Returns received outside of the timelines stated above may be accepted at the discretion of Magpie’s Loot.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of Magpie’s Loot receiving your return.
All refunds of undamaged and unworn products that have been correctly returned will be credited to the customer via the original method of purchase.
When processing your return we may need to speak with you before we are able to complete the process. If we are unable to make contact with you within 14 days of receiving your item(s), we will return it to the delivery address linked to the order.
During the Christmas period, our standard online 28 days returns policy is extended for products purchased on the Magpie’s Loot eStore between the 1st November and the 24th December. You can return such online purchases for a refund up to and including the 15th January, providing that the item is unused and in its original packaging (with no alterations made) and accompanied by the proof of purchase.
Please note that pierced earrings including earring pendants are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for reasons of hygiene and safety, unless faulty.
We offer this returns policy in addition to your statutory rights.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order with us at any time within 14 days of receiving your goods. In the event we are unable to deliver your order within our standard delivery timescales you are entitled to cancel your order with no penalty.
Should you cancel the contract we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods, this will not include delivery charge if you have cancelled after your order has been dispatched. Any service not provided by us, such as a special delivery service will not be refunded.
If you cancel the contract after your order has been dispatched you should return the item to Magpie’s Loot in its original unused condition within 28 days of receipt of your purchase. Magpie’s Loot does not accept any responsibility for return postage costs.
